Tallowwood House reflects our thirty years on roads less travelled – our favourites. 

Personal touches are the things we remember most. A surprise pre-dawn plunger of coffee delivered by our host before an early morning flight to Riyadh. Twenty years later I can still smell it – it’s the aroma of good old-fashioned hospitality.

Simply furnished accommodation houses have always had an appeal, as has a quality mattress, beautiful linen and sumptuous pillows — they are the cornerstone of a good night’s sleep.

Food is also an integral part of a bed and breakfast experience. The seasons influence our menu, which changes weekly.
