When I picture the perfect coastal Airbnb destination, ‘Tallowwood House’ is simply it; it’s the ideal destination to escape and chill or a change in work environment for remote working - it’s the complete package! The host, Mandy, was always available and friendly, and provided the most delicious brekky’s to a time that suited. The accommodation is simply superb; from interior taste and styling, bed linen, detail and comfort, to location and setting amongst rainforest, all within 5 mins of the beaches - total tranquility! This is a high quality destination Airbnb. I will definitely be back!

Tallowwood House is simply amazing. The space is beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable. There is a lot of greenery in the outdoor courtyard and in the yard beyond. It seemed like our own little private oasis and was definitely what me and my partner needed after a day of travelling. Mandy, the host, is incredibly kind and welcoming - she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The breakfast supplied by Mandy was also incredible. This bed and breakfast is a must stay and we highly recommend it. Me and my partner’s only regret was not staying longer!

Mandy was the best host so kind and generous with her time. Her property is gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. Its hard to find properties like hers that have that level of attention to detail, style and comfort. Mandy also makes great breakfast 🙂 We will be back for sure.

You know that feeling after a long trip when you finally lay down on your own bed? The bed in Mandy’s accommodation is better than your own bed. The most beautiful interior, the loveliest breakfast and the best decision to stay there. Book this, even if it’s just for one night, trust me, it’s worth it

This was one of my favorite stays ever. I would give Mandy more stars if it was possible. The place is so gorgeous and comfortable and Mandy took such wonderful care of us that I wished I could always live with her. On top of that, the beaches are close by and there are beautiful walks along them.

Our stay at Tallowwood House was beyond our expectations. Mandy was an absolute delight from emails to arrival to our farewell. Every fine detail was executed to perfection and as described in pictures. The breakfast served each morning was abundant and of restaurant quality. The bed linen, towels and room upkeep was so luxurious. The accomodation and service was beyond generous and hospitable. Easy walking distance to Shelly beach and amazing bush trek to Lighthouse beach. We are looking forward to our return. Highly recommended!!
